Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Read! This book is so easy to read and follow. You want to just look up and learn about what may be a health problem for you or a loved one and follow up with the lifestyle changes as they are suggested in the articles and recipes. The presentation makes everthing look so tempting. My husband gave me a smoothie maker for christmas and my daughter immediately wanted one when she saw it. Now I'm ordering a Smoothie Bible for her as well, as I just can't part with mine! Thanks Pat Crocker!
