Rated 5 out of 5 by from Audio is the right format for this book. I bought the audiobook and started listening right away. Jessica Ortner's voice and reading complement the book's content very well. I prefer the audio because I treat the tapping exercises as meditations, so I don't like to be concentrating on reading while doing them. I am considering buying the book as a companion, but, to me, the audiobook is a great format for this book.

The benefits were immediate. When she announced that she was writing this book, I pre-ordered it. EFT is not new, but Jessica's audience is mainly women and so he book is written to and for women. I like that she also went through weight problems and so can relate to those of us who have been dealing with the issue. Her book is written in a clear manner and has many scripts for us to use. She addresses all types of eating problems from the emotional to the slow metabolic type. Tapping has mad a huge difference in my life. I now stop before eating a food that I crave. One of the surprising side effects for me is that I am more alert and feel more refreshed after tapping so that my day unfolds in a more positive way.
