Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super cute and great learning! Love the characters in this series. This is really cute as we always tend to forget to be grateful for those closest to us ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do you know how to say thank you? The elephant and piggy books are a great series for early readers. Motivating to read, funny and with an easy but still meaning full short story. I doesn't really matter which book, your kids will have fun with it and you probably as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another Winner From the Incomparable Mo Willems! I personally love everything Mo Willems writes, and as an elementary school teacher, I can assure you that his targeted audience loves him too! In my opinion, the Elephant & Piggie books are his strongest, and this book ends the series nicely. It is not my favorite of the set (that distinction belongs to "Should I Share My Ice Cream?"), but my students and I enjoyed it, and it is a nice way to say goodbye to all of the characters we have grown to know and love. We were so excited for the return of many characters we had forgotten about, and it had us reminiscing about past books.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The last one :( I'm so sad that the Elephant and Piggie series is ending. They are fantastic for exploring themes and emotions kids face daily.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for children starting to read independently It's all dialogue - like a comic book. Easy for kids to read. I prefer this over many level readers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Thank you This book is best when used as a reader for new readers. The text is simple and sweet but it doesn't really hold up as a read aloud. That said, any book that focuses on gratitude is a winner in my book!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from End of the series I get that this is the final book and the thanking the reader is cute, but it felt really long and isn't one I'd read multiple times. I love Mo Willems and really respect him as a children's author, but this is not his best effort.
