Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great! Wonky magic is spilling from Rachel's Ley Line and ensuing chaos is the direct response. In other news Trent and Rachel may or may not get togther... So look forward to reading all about that. Seriously though another great read!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Hollows #12 Will they or won't they? That's what this book is about. A story about a witch and an elf... It’s quite positively the most addictive, thrilling, nail-biting storyline. In this book you see a lot of Trent and his life. We get a sense of how Rachel can and can't quite fit into it and him into hers. Ellasbeth… Harrison knows how to make this character grate on a reader's nerves. Elves and demons don't have the best history and our favorite demon, Big Al, loves to remind Rachel of this. I found myself satisfied with the outcome of the book even though things aren't perfect. That's the beauty of The Hollows. Rachel and her friends have to earn everything and it's a constant fight to keep it together.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good...but not great. I absolutely love Rachel Morgan and all the Crazy antics she gets up to. This was a good read, but by far my least favourite of the series. I found some parts very confusing and hard to follow. The ending also seemed rushed, as though Kim Harrison had created a complex situation with no idea how it should be resolved. Ultimately the story just sort of ends. A true fan of the series will enjoy this book. However, it doesn't really stand-up on its own.
