Rated 5 out of 5 by from One-stop cookbook I have spent a great deal of time trying to find a vegetarian cookbook. The Passport Cookbook offers healthy recipes for everything from snacks to salad dressing. What I love most about it is that the recipes are taken from all over the world. Whatever the meal I need to make, whichever cuisine I have the taste for, it's all found in this one book. I am also thoroughly impressed with the quality of the recipes. The French Onion Soup is fantastic, as are the samosas. I never thought I'd be able to make these dishes on my own. Overall, superb book.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book... seriously I have been a vegetarian for about 3 months now and was having a hard time coming up with healthy and good tasting vegetarian food without using too many prepacked products like tofu. I am also cooking for an army of 11so it can be challenging to suit everyones tastes . A friend bought this cookbook and I have been addicted to it ever since. There are alot of very healthy meals in this book from all over the world. I found myself feeling better and losing weight while using this cookbook plus the family loves the meals I made. The only downfall is that it doesnt give you how many people each recipie feeds, so when you are cooking for a large family like myself it can be difficult to estimate, but well worth your efforts at the end.
