Rated 5 out of 5 by from There's Power in Practice Michael Harner's book is an excellent introduction into Shamanism. Through the examples of other's experience, Harner convinces his readers that there is "power" available to all of is if we look inside. I have practised the methods that Harner recommends and have had some success. It's exciting and I plan to continue the exercises to realize the full potential of my spiritual helpers. This is a great resource for anyone trying to get in touch with the spiritual realm.
