Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Winner! I am not new to the research on the benefits of eating a plant based diet and how to eat healthy. That said, this book captured the science behind the difference between nutrient dense rather calorie dense and its relationship to health and, weight loss in a way that stood out for me like it has not before. I personally don't think one would need another how to/why to diet book in their lifetime. It isn't sexy, it isn't complicated, nor is it a real money maker for any industry but the truth is eating real food -- whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables with only 10% less of your diet of animal products is the answer and really, it is a simple way to eat that will make you feel energized and bring you naturally to your healthiest weight.
