Rated 5 out of 5 by from For Beginners or not this book is awesome I totally recommend this book, it has pictures in it on how to do the exercise and what muscles it works. The coolest thing is that it will show you an exercise with the machine for instance, but it will also show you the same exercise that you can do at home with the ball or whatever. It will show you a couple of ways to do an exercise. I am so happy that I bought this book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great book I bought this book to give me ideas for my personal training but I can also totally see a coach use it as well. The images and info are clear, precise and you have so many different options you are sure to find something that fits you if ever some mouvements are difficult because of any reasons. Covers everything in one simple book.

If you've ever gotten bored with your gym routine, or felt intimated by the weight room because you don't know how to use the equipment, then get this book! The exercises and routines inside will last you a lifetime, you'll never need to spend hundreds on a personal trainer and you'll never get bored at the gym again. I've been using this book for 2 weeks now and have already seen significant results from my revamped weight routine. The best exercise book out there, bar none!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is better than a personal trainer This book has everything you could ever want, whether you're a first-timer or a veteran exerciser. I love every part of it, from the diet plan, to the helpful tips, the anatomy of each muscle group, the abundance of exercises (including how to challenge yourself or an easier version), to the pictures that show you how to do each exercise right! I've used it so much, that I have to buy another book because the pages are falling off! There are tons of great workouts at the back so you'll never get bored. I've lost weight with this book and have learned to eat right. I recommend this book 100% to anyone who wants to be healthier, leaner, and happier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The book is pretty good... It has excellent pictures of many many many excersises, it talks about faq's that probably we all have when we start our trip to the gym and most important of all, it is a great source especially after you already got some knowledge in training/personal training because it will help you build your own training program.
