Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Yeast Connection:A Medical Breakthrough This is a book that everyone should own and read. Yeast is found in everyones body, yet what most don't realize is that too much of it may be making us sick without knowing it. This book makes us aware of some symptoms such as headach, depression, moodswings, nausea, weightgain, learning disabilities, etc. There is an easy questionnaire we can fill out to know if yeast is causing us to be sick. In this book they also give easy steps to follow to help you feel better. I strongly recommand this book to all; to educate themselves about what yeast is and its effect on women, men and children.
