This cookbook is filled with delicious and easy to make recipes that are helping me make this change. The pictures are beautiful and the book is informative. I highly recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointing Have read all his other books and they were all excellent. This one is nothing more than marketing presentation. A lot of the recipes rely on a packaged premade ingredient and I don't want to count how many pages have "I eat Silver Hills bread". I'm returning it.
