Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute Book This is a great book for going over feelings. The situations are realistic and it does a good job explaining how she is feeling. The only thing I did not like was when she mentions her crush on her teacher. This seems like just a weird thing to add, there are so many other things like could have done instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love this book at home! My daughter and I are in love with this book. The situations the character goes through are very realistic, and her moods that go along with it. It's also a very funny read.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not so sure... Although this is a really cute book, and the feeling wheel at the end is a hit, I was less than thrilled about the little ones trouble with diarrhea, and her crush on her teacher Mark. Still a really cute book.

From Our Editors

Film star Jamie Lee Curtis once again teams up with illustrator Laura Cornell to produce a magical children's storybook. Today I Feel Silly and Other Moods that Make My Day gently explains to young readers the whole gamut of moods - both good and bad - they might experience in their day-to-day lives. As readers turn each whimsically illustrated page, they witness the young narrator move from feelings of anger to confusion to frustration to sadness and even happiness; but what they learn from this book is that it's perfectly okay to feel all of these things.
