If you've been playing acoustic guitar for about a year or so you can probably play basic chords, perhaps you've tried your hand at some finger picking yet you really want some more direction to take you to the next level. Then this book is for you. Total Acoustic Guitar is thoughtfully divided into topics such as chord strumming basic chords, syncopation, alternating bass/chord accompaniment, fingerpicking and lead playing using all kinds of scales. There's even a section on slides and string bending! This book is packed with nifty examples and real tunes to help you nail the topic in question. The accompanying CD will help bring the written page to life since everything is demonstrated. It includes some great jams for you to put the new material into practice and wail away!
