Difficult People? No... Just Difficult Behaviour

Is someone else's difficult behaviour impacting on your life, your happiness, even your job satisfaction?

Perhaps you're struggling with a work colleague:

  • Maybe a boss who never seems satisfied with your efforts?
  • Or a co-worker who simply isn't pulling their weight, and brings difficulties and disruption into the workplace?
  • Alternately, are you trying to cope with a troublesome family member, or a friend who is just too demanding?

Whatever the case, someone else's behaviour is affecting you in ways that you neither need or like.

You instinctively know that it can't continue. You have a basic right to happiness, and it's time to make some changes.

Master the key skills and techniques

Here's the 'Toxic - Dealing with Difficult People' approach...

Number One: Nobody's born to be difficult. Actually, it's not the person that's difficult, it's their behaviour. Once you understand this, you'll stop looking for the elusive reasons why they're like this, and focus on your own behaviour around them, using your strong personal skills and the techniques you'll learn here to lessen the impact.

Number Two: You can't easily change someone's difficult behaviour by modifying their views and beliefs. That's too much of a stretch, without professional training. But you can change your response to the situation, and the tools you'll learn in this program will enable you to modify your relationship to the person who's behaving badly, so that you're no longer an easy target.

Number Three: Confrontation always fails. Difficult people tend to be either bombastic or defensive when taken to task. Overt strategies which seek to diminish their distorted power base can cause them to lash out, behave irrationally, and create bigger problems for you.

Our strategy in this program is to equip you with the power to control your own feelings and responses to difficult people, and the techniques to mould and shape – some might even say 'manipulate' - each situation you face so that it no longer causes you practical difficulty or emotional distress.

Our motto? 'First, take care of yourself'.

The Program

This book includes three full-length professional hypnotherapy sessions which you can either record for yourself or download and play on any device.

If this is your first time with hypnosis, the program also includes two hypnosis training and conditioning recordings to get you in the mood, and ensure that the main sessions will work faster and smoother.

It's simple to access the recordings, and they're yours for life. Full instructions are included in the book.
