Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Read! A powerful, inspiring treatise on a paradigm shift in social action that is taking place from around the world. It offers new pathways to change making that are critically needed in this time of crisis, and is an exciting window into stories of hope and possibility around the world. Filled with fresh insights, personal revelations, and far reaching, global investigations, this book is a must read. It's an engaging journey written by a veteran activist who has the breadth of experience that makes the premise of the book very credible. These are challenging times, and this is a timely book, expanding and deepening the 'yes we can' spirit that galvanized Obama's campaign. We need new approaches, and this book delivers. Highly recommended, a great read, dynamic, and transformative. It just might change your life!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The woman knows how to sell books at least I've skimmed the book - really, what makes the book are the story of the organizations and individuals interviews. Rebick chooses a number of very popular activists, all having their own following, who will be thrilled to be published and which will in turn keep up the sales of this book. There is nothing new in this analysis, but this writer certainly knows how to jump on a bandwagon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Care about change- read this! Judy's book is an important step toward outlining the new paradigm for leadership and social change. She captures the 'Obama' moment- new ways of thinking, building and structuring our world in the midst of the crisis we now face... that does not marginalize anyone, but rather is about finding new ways to come together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic and provocative If you only read *one* political book this decade, this is the one to read. It' paints a new picture of what the world could be like if we were all willing to consider change. It's easy to read but the concepts are challenging. Don't miss it,
