Rated 5 out of 5 by from Inspiring! I actually never read this kind of book (meaning business or advice or well being oriented) but I did an exception for this one. It is really great and you can read it little by little and get some great ideas and suggestions out of it. Definitely a book to read and read again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Great Reference Book This book is simply written. A lot of actionable items you can implement in your day to day. Was not a typical buy for me, but I was glad I picked it up. A little over priced in my opinion, but great if you can find it on sale.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Inspiring! Was gifted this book by a client. I'm half way through, and find it so inspiring to hear other people's stories about success, failures & inspirations. I have found several great blogs to follow from many of the people in this book.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Contains long discredited sugestions, nothing to back up some claims The author is an expert and self-promotion, that is for sure. I think the new term for that is "influencer". He was recently on a quasi-health advice daytime TV show, which is a big of a red flag. In person and in the book, he hawks claims such as the health benefits of drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar, something that has been debunked a hundred times, but the placedo effect is well, effective! Most of the mentoring is quite vague, and the best/most useful part is the "mentor's" suggestions of other books (not by the author) to read. I would suggest skipping this book, and spend your time and money on something geared to your specific goals (ie) organization, healthy eating, setting and achieving goals etc.
