One of the best fitness books I've seen to give you good, clear explanations with great photos showing you how to do each of the exercises.  Added bonus of extra tips throughout the book, a full exercise program with workout templates provided too, love it!  Easy and enjoyable to read too, a good balance between an easy read and good information being provided.
