Rated 5 out of 5 by from a great book! This book was really great!! I think the idea of slavery back then wasnt good at all! In the book, the main character Julilly and her friends have enough courage to escape from being slaves and go on an adventure to Canada where they will be safe. You should read it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When You Read This Book It's Really Sad Because It's About Slavery ., & It's Really Great ! When I first read this book I Thought I wouldn't like it because in my thoughts I think it was about The Underground about Canada , But NO it was about people being slaves and reated really badly and Kids being seperated from their Families. This is Honesty The best book and a True story that is so unbelieveable But still in these days they still do slavery . Its really bad because they deal with NO food , NO shelter , and NO clothing .
