The most important night of the year is drawing near . . . but not without a little trouble from the Underworld

Dullsville's newest night-faring intruder may be only a tween, but Raven knows that Valentine Maxwell, the younger sibling of two nefarious vampires, is a full-size menace. Valentine becomes even more of a threat when he befriends her brother, Billy. Raven must try to shield Billy, even as the biggest excitement of the year approaches: attending prom with her immortal love, Alexander. And while Alexander is one kind of vampire—sweet—Raven soon learns Valentine is another.

Could Valentine somehow know Raven's private thoughts about turning into a vampire?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A cute little story A cute little story This is the fourth book in the Vampire Kisses series. It starts off where the third one left off. Raven and Alexander are trying to have a normal (well as normal as a vampire can get) summer. Though they now have to worry because the brother of Alexander’s enemy is now in town, and trying to befriend Raven’s little brother Billy. Not only is Raven worried about her brother, the prom is coming up and she wants to attend with Alexander. Alexander is worried that Raven is going to get hurt because of Valentine Maxwell, the younger brother of Jagger. Now Raven and Alexander must race around town trying to find where Valentine is and stop him before he gets to her brother. This book is a very simple book. Not much in plot, just fluff like the first three. There’s no really character development. It’s just a simple, light, read that you could read ( if you’re a fast reader) in a day. Though it wasn’t a horrible book, just real easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More Fluff..... I haven't been overly impressed with this series and this book didn't do it either. Its dull and really pure fluff. There's not much in way of the plot and the characters are even more predictable and cheesy than before. I found myself skimming page after page because I was just uninterested. I will probably buy the next two books in the series just because I like owning an entire series and a tiny bit of me wants to know if Im right with what will happen next.
