Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great selection of recipes There's a good variety of recipes in this cookbook, though some ingredient proportions and yields are way off. Despite having to tweak some of the recipes all of the results so far have been tasty! Sadly there are very few photos, so if you need visual inspiration to get into the kitchen, you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, if you're looking for a comprehensive gluten-free vegan cookbook, this is a great start.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good recipes Great recipes but the ' gluten- free' fad gets a little tiresome! That being said the recipes that I've tried in this book are very tasty. This is another book with a few colour photos in a couple of places in the middle. I much prefer photos WITH the recipe as I obviously eat with my eyes! Not my favourite book but I would recommend it.
