Rated 4 out of 5 by from Baking made doable AND vegan I find baking pretty scary to begin with, and I don't even know where to start with vegan baking. But I just got the book and I'm excited to give a lot of the recipes a go -- and i don't even really like pie! Everything in here looks delicious and sounds doable, which is no small feat for a book full of pies.
