About the Author

Diana Fisher (Tempe, AZ) is a widely published illustrator whose artwork won her a scholarship, as well as several scholastic and advertising awards. She studied fine art in New York and computer graphics in Arizona. Before concentrating on illustrating, Diana was an art teacher to children with special needs, a graphic designer, and a portrait artist. A lifelong interest in art has compelled Diana to explore such diverse art forms as jewelry and clothing design. She is known for her expert airbrushing, and she paints in a variety of different media, including oil, watercolor, and acrylic. Diana's studio is based in the southwest, where she draws inspiration from the magnificent desert landscapes and wildlife.
