Every parent knows how difficult it is to get to get kids eating happily and healthily. Catherine McCord has the answer: Weelicious! Creator of the wildly popular blog Weelicious.com, Catherine, who honed her cooking skills at Manhattan’s Institute of Culinary Education, strongly believes in the “one family/one meal” idea—preparing a single, scrumptious meal the entire family can sit down and enjoy together rather than having to act as “short order cook” for kids who each want something different. In Weelicious, she offers dozens of recipes and tips for creating quick, easy, healthy, and fun food that moms, dads, and young children of any age will absolutely adore—from the most persnickety infants to the pickiest grade-schoolers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great recipes Great recipes. The ones I tried worked out great. Only thing is, the simple ones that I tried and turned out super delicious are already on her YouTube channel and her weelicious website. You might not want to buy the book if the only thing you are looking for are recipes and you have easy access to the internet (i.e. iphone/tablet) in the kitchen. If you do like a physical book, this could be a good buy. Part 1 of the book teaches parents how to get the kids liking meals they serve. Part 2 of the book are recipes. Each recipe comes with a little anecdote and/or tips like how to freeze them or nutritional value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great book! Simple recipes that are tasty. I made the "red velvet" cupcakes and my boys had no idea there were beets in them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! This is a wonderful family friendly cookbook that parents will enjoy as much as the kids. There are tons of tasty recipes, easy to follow directions and great pictures. If you are looking for a very useable cookbook that you will turn to again and again this is definitely a must buy.
