Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tasty recipes I really like the recipes that I've tried thus far... the salmon cakes, schrimp scampi, potato and leek soup. I'm on the points plus program and this helps make it so easy (each recipe tells you the points plus value per serving). Tons of different recipes to choose from, with many 'improvements' on past popular Weight Watchers recipes. There are pictures for maybe 30% of the recipes, which I'm ok with. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because Weight Watchers is known for using 'fat-free' versions in their recipes, and some of the 'fat free' products they use seem to be difficult to find in Canada (but so easily found in the US). For example.. where will I find Fat Free Half and Half cream?? I wanted to make the cauliflower mash recipe but haven't yet because I have yet to find this ingredient. I usually substitute with an equivalent low fat version but then I have to figure out how the points plus value of the overall recipe will be affected. I still really really like this cookbook though, and plan on making so many more of the recipes.
