Ach was – für alle eigentlich." Konstantin Wecker

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thoughts and emotions holding you back, read this book! This book is a must read if you experience stress or to refocus on your values. The book comes from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and is a great way for people to have a great understanding of why our western competitive word can often lead individuals down a path of wondering why can't they be happy all the time. The truth is that you need to experience all emotions, and we need to stop picking on ourselves for not being happy all of the time. Stop letting your thoughts and emotions hold you back from what is important in your world. That may lead to happiness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revolutionary! An easily read book that gives a clear understanding of the newest developments in psychology today. Tapping the wisdom of Aceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dr. Harris shows how the mind works, that it is a word generator in our heads and, if we buy everything it tells us, how it so easily leads us into traps of our own making. The findings presented here are startling yet very liberating. This is a must read for anyone struggling with unhappiness.
