A very well written book, easy to read and to understand. I read it in the space of one evening,and I will certainly follow through with everything that was suggested to loose weight.

Since I am diabetic and need all the help I can with sugar, this was definitely a good way to help with my sugar cravings. I will read again to help with my new way of eating. I will highly recommend this book to anyone would like to control their intake of sugar.
