Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very insightful The author in this book takes a realistic approach to body reading. He gives you tools to be able to read body language, gives general body language behavior that is easily understandable with cool stories and helpful pictures to go along. While reading the book I found myself saying "that body language does seem to say the person has low self confidence" (agreeing with the author) and "ah now I understand what that means (learning something new). The books is a must read for body language reading and is a great start because you don't get bogged down in scientific mumbo jumbo. worth every penny!
