Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Cookbook One of the best cookbooks I've ever owned. Why? Because it makes sense, it's very healthy, the recipes taste great, and also the recipes are incredibly simple to prepare. There are too many great things to say about this book!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Real Time Saver! I love this book. I have lost 60 lbs by giving up wheat. I feel and look great! This cookbook is a real time saver. Getting used to baking without wheat takes time and practice. Don't give up! The results are so worth it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Baking recipes disappointing I agree with the premise of the Wheat Belly Diet - but I was not happy with the results of the baking recipes. I do not believe the dessert recipes were thoroughly tested. Of the half dozen or so recipes I tried that called for coconut/almond flour or the all-purpose baking mix, all turned out so bad, the end result had to be thrown out. What a waste of my time and money - both for the book and the ingredients, which were expensive and hard to find. I'm very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Opps I had read a review saying you don't need the original book, just read the preface in the cookbook. Problem is, there seems to be two cookbooks. Milking it I guess. I have not found this process to be inexpensive or easy! Throwing my old cutting board out so I don't cross contaminate? Really? Wheat is bad, I get the premise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic book, loved it!!! Have tried a couple of recipes so far, and they were all quite tasty (scones though were not to my liking, in terms of texture, as I was expecting they would turn out as my wheat recipe ones). Very easy to make. Have to keep in mind that almond and coconut flour, though much healthier, will not give you the same fluffy texture results wheat flour does. I reduced the sweetener called for on most recipes and they were still quite tasty and also added apple sauce to some of the recipes to make more moist. Though you have to keep in mind that it may take a couple of tries before you get the hang of cooking without wheat. Being extremely sensitive to gluten and sugar, this book has been amazing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont bother wasting your money i just tried one of the recipes for muffins, i guess they dont  try them out first,  anyway i had to keep adding liquid for the coconut flour  muffin recipe, and they still didnt turn out, very disappointed as i wasted alot of money on the ingredients, and it is not cheap to buy coconut flour , coconut and flax seeds
