Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Diet Companion This book and his others turned me into a gluten-free convert. I used to be a complete Carb addict. He also convinced me that glycogen stores are not the only or even the best source of energy for endurance athletes. Wait out the 6 weeks and reap the benefits of burning your fat stores. Takes a lot of commitment and patience (and perhaps a little trial and error) to make this switch and he explains how just going gluten free is not enough - take the plunge into Paleo to reach optimum dietary benefits.
