Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why I Wrote "When Did I Stop Being Barbie & Become Mrs. Potato Head?" I was watching Oprah one day, and this woman was on there complaining about feeling "old" and "losing her looks"... The woman was in her THIRTIES! Good grief, I thought, this beautiful young woman has no idea how beautiful she is! That got me thinking, how we all have those insecurities about our looks, our bodies, our minds at times. We all look in the mirror, especially when we are trying on swimsuits, and think...well, you know what we think! I wanted to encourage women who are dealing with those feelings, and to offer some laughter about the changes and challenges we all go through as women. So be encouraged, sister, that you are NOT alone! Learn to embrace the woman you are--FABULOUS! :-) (PS of COURSE I give the book a FIVE MAPLE LEAF RATING! :-))) )
