Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic I read this book years ago but recently bought the CD version. Loved it! Lots of "How to" info with explanations to help your understanding. He also includes walking meditation, mountain meditation and lake meditation techniques. A real complete guide. My only minor complaint is that I found it wordy, beautifully written yes but wordy.
