about

We’re the D’Artigo sisters: Half-human, half-Faerie, we’re savvy—and sexy—operatives for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency.  But our mixed-blood heritage short-circuits our talents at all the wrong times.  My sister Delilah shapeshifts into a tabby cat whenever she’s stressed.  Menolly’s a vampire who’s still trying to get the hang of being undead.  And me?  I’m Camille—a wicked-good witch.  Except my magic’s as unpredictable as the weather, as my enemies are about to find out the hard way...

At the Wayfarer Inn, a portal to Otherworld and the local hangout for humans and beasties alike, a fellow operative, Jocko, has been murdered.  Every clue points to Shadow Wing, the soul-munching, badass leader of the Subterranean Realms.  He’s made it clear that he aims to raze humankind to the ground, turning both Earth and Otherworld into his private playground.  Our assignment:  Keep Shadow Wing and his minions from creeping into Earth via the Wayfarer.  The demons figure they’re in like Flynn.  After all, with only my bumbling sisters and me standing in the way, how can they miss?  But we’ve got a secret for them:  Faulty wiring or not, nobody kicks ass like the D’Artigo girls...

New York Times bestselling author Yasmine Galenorn writes urban fantasy, mystery, and metaphysical nonfiction, including the Whisper Hollow novels, the Otherworld novels, the Indigo Court novels, and the Fly by Night novels.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bewitching Series This is one of the series that I read everything for. It's got a thick plot that can a little difficult to understand if your not familiar to the series There is alot of sction, and some VERY hot steamy sex. I will say this for the author, she really pushes the limit in this sex stuff. Its extremely erotic and hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Suprised I was so surprised to like this book. I bought this book when it first came out becasue i had read her mystery series. I picked it up, read a few pages, didnt like it put it down, and repeated this cycle for the past couple of years. I finally picked it up again, and read through it discovering that i actually enjoyed the book. So much in fact that i have picked up the next two books. the writing does come off as a bit crass and un polished but i think its a reflection of the character Galenorn is writing about. I liked the sotry, like the idea that was presented on the Fae side. There are so many types out there right now. I loved Camille. I love that she is head strong, can take care of her own and has little fear. A powerful woman is something that can be hard to find sometimes in the romance genre. The story follows three sisters as they attempt to stop a demon from overthrowing Otherworld, and Earth. There are battles, both large and small, vampires, weres, dragon and all other kinds of demons and fantasy creatures. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Witch of a Good Time The D’Artigo sisters are half-human and half-Faerie and each has their own little eccentricities. Camille is a witch whose spells go bad as often as the go good. Delilah is a shapeshifter who changes into a housecat - not a jungle cat. And Menolly has been turned into a vampire. Together they work for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency and have been posted to Earth to protect the humans. The posting has been pretty cushy and the sisters suspect they were placed in the human realm so they would be out of the way. And then all hell breaks loose – literally. Camille, Delilah and Menolly must save Earth and Otherworld from demons that have broken through from the Subterranean Realms. Will the D’Artigo sisters be able to save the day or will their ‘special’ powers only get in the way? Witchling is a fun story with just the right amount of action, comedy and romance. Yasmine Galenorn has brought together an effective and amusing cast of characters that enhance her story and leave the reader waiting for more. As the first book in the Sisters of the Moon series, Witchling sets a promising tone for the stories to come

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Supernaturals+romance+action Good series about supernatural sisters who've been exiled from their world to ours. This one is the witch, and the oldest sister. She has a pretty hot romantic triangle going with two other supernaturals, while at the same time trying to save our world from a bunch of baddies from hers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ugh After reading many rave reviews, I was surprised that I couldn't even get past the first 50 pages! I found the writing obnoxious and crass. A bit harsh? Definitely, which reflects my complete disappointment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great first book in the series I found at first I was a bit confused when I started reading this book ‘cause she started writing the story at a point in the main characters lives where most authors would have put in the middle of the book, fortunately it worked! Once I got reading I began to really enjoy it, so much that I got the next two novels in the series. The character in this one is as unique as the other two, I really like how unusual these characters are and how different her story line is. If you like Laurell K Hamilton with only a bit of a lighter read and uhhh….. How do I put this… a little les hard core, if you get what I mean, then Yasmine Galenorn is for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent! Yasmine Galenorntakes us on a journey of fae, demons, giants and otherworld folk living and working alongside humans in Seattle and the surrounding area. The relationships between the D'Artigo sisters, Camille, Delilah and Mellony, and the various beings that come into their lives is wonderfully written. Fantastic job and I can't wait to get Changeling.
