Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Motivator I just bought this book. Therefore I will write a second review after I put her program into practice. However, I had to write a review just from reading the first two chapters..... extremely motivating! I needed to be motivated to make changes and get my butt back to the gym. This was exactly what I needed.
