Rated 4 out of 5 by from A very informative book! There is a lot of great information in this book that helped me understand the different stages of my pregnancy and helped me prepare to be a first-time mom. Many pregnancy-related symptoms/conditions are mentioned, and good information is given on how to cope with them, in addition to what type of exercise is recommended each week. The author does mention some more rare conditions that can cause unnecessary stress when reading through those parts of the book, but if they do not apply to you, just skip over them. While this book makes reference to various sources for support during pregnancy, it is important to note that they are US-based and therefore not very useful for people living outside of the U.S. Still, it is an informative, well-written book that is a must-read for soon-to-be moms.
