Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Read I bought this book as I am starting a new career in this industry. This book was related more to the American laws and forms; however, the process is very similar. It gives tips and techniques and provides with other useful information. The added plus is the glossary at the end of the book if you do not understand all of the terminology.
