Rated 5 out of 5 by from This makes sense! This theory makes so much sense! I guarantee, if you give this some committment, you'll find yourself with a totally new outlook on life. I find myself looking at people who are eating a bagel, or some potato chips and I think "If only you knew what that was doing to your body". I have an incredible amount of energy and feel really good that I'm doing something great for my body.

I'm 32, and now weigh less than I did when I graduated High School. Easy to follow if you REALLY want to lose. The energy level boost is also incredible!!
