Rated 1 out of 5 by from FitBit Charge 3 - nothing more than a scam! Saved to buy this for my daughter. After charging last night screen is now black, except for the occasional white line or smiley face when performing the suggested 'trouble-shooting' steps. Spent the entire day researching this issue and reading forums. And I can solidly say, FitBit is aware of this issue, BUT continues to sell this crap to customers with absolutely no fix. This reduces their credibility to that of a scammer. So disgusted, I resent that there is not a zero star option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First and last Fitbit I bought this 2 months ago on Apr. 10/19 worked great in the beginning and loved it. Only problem I had was the display went blank but found a fix on Google to change the clock face to jump start it and that worked at the time. Two weeks ago I noticed the display seemed dimmer and less responsive. Then 2 days ago the display just died. The tracker still works, logs, and vibrates but none of the fixes online have brought the display back... including rebooting it. Even tried unpairing it and re-pairing it with my phone to reboot the connection. Phone recognizes it but display still not working to get pairing code to reconnect it to my phone. Can't return it to Indigo so now I get to try and deal with Fitbit. Hoping I have better luck than a previous reviewer did. After checking Google and Fitbit forum for fixes, saw this seems to be a frequent issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed in this, don’t waste your money! My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I was so excited to use it! The first two months it worked great and I was loving using it. Then out of nowhere it wasn’t tracking the calories or active minutes properly. After doing some googling I found out that this is a common problem with them. I contacted Fitbit customer service and they said they’re aware of the problem and I just need to wait out a software update, and they have no idea when that will be. So disappointing!! They offered absolutely no solutions to the problem, and it was only two months old. I’ve since taken it off and don’t even use it anymore. Don’t waste your money, get a different brand that will at least have a product that lasts longer than 60 days and stands behind their products!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Descent I bought it a month ago or so. I like the battery life (more than a week for the dim setting. However, it takes a while to sync it with the phone and it only stores 8 alarm clocks. It is a bit expensive though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my first Fitbit Charge 3 and I love it! I bought this watch on the recent Black Friday Sale and saved a good $50.00 on the price, I love it! due to an ongoing respiratory infection, I needed to clock my walking steps and much more. Just the other day, I tried using the stopwatch function and it was exactly what I needed. Due to a knew injury, I haven't tried "clocking" my work out activity-but that's next in the coming weeks. I really endorse this Fitbit Charge 3 watch!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sad I've had a Fitbit One for years and needed a new one. They don't sell it anymore! I liked the fact that it could be "hidden" and not on display. It did everything I needed. I paid a lot more for the Charge 3 and it does not recognize when I climb stairs to another floor! ZERO! Even my little Fitbit One always logged my floors. What a disapointment! It also showed me sleeping 2 hours less than I actually did. SO, the accuracy has decreased while the price I paid increased!
