Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for beginners! I really enjoyed this workout - Mandy has a great sense of humour and I found the DVD easy to follow and challenging. I have told many friends to purchase it and plan on giving it as my "great things I have discovered this year" gift. Try it if you like to smile and enjoy trying something new!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a lot of Yoga I have been doing yoga for many years. I normally do the Rodney Lee DVD's. I really didn't like this DVD. I started with the fully loaded challenge. She did not cue so I was constantly craning my neck to see what I was suppose to be doing. The first 25 minutes were yoga poses but the remainder of the challenge was toning work with very little cues and a somewhat annoying commentary. I do yoga to feel good not to get an inner thigh gap or fit into a bikini. While I did feel challenged in the toning work, there really wasn't a lot of yoga. Overall, I found her annoying and that I wasted my hour.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the express workout! I really enjoy this DVD. Mandy has a great personality and my favourite part is the express without cues workout. I feel the 'burn' in the thighs and stomach for sure! I wish there were audio cues to know when to switch poses because I have to keep looking at the tv screen. There is an option for verbal cues but it also includes detailed instruction which I didn't need after doing it once and didn't want to listen to each time. Next step is to try her fully loaded challenge on the DVD.
