Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mediocre I've done Pilates before, so I knew the basics and the essential positions, but a complete beginner would probably do the exercises wrong and hurt themselves because this DVD does not even review the way you should be holding your body, which is fundamental to the work out. Also, it says it's a 60 minute work out, which is not true. It lasts about 37 minutes. It also claims to include a series of moves that are not actually present in the session.
