Rated 5 out of 5 by from You will fall in love with Johnny Cash Fan of Cash or not ... you will fall in love with the man listening to this heart-wrenching visit with a man at the end of his walk. His rich faith in God comes through in a voice that has lasted through a hundred highways and this CD is a must-have for anyone who is courageous enough to truly hear an intimate encounter with a legend. Cash indeed "walked the line" for his beloved June Carter and on this his last recording, he puts it all on the line, openly sharing his hope, his heart-ache and his holiness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from cash's crash this cd was amazing!!!wow. it has all his great songs, and new ones i hadn't heard before. we liked it so much, that i bought one and my brother bought one. by "crash", i don't mean that he did bad, i mean that it was great!!!!the thing i like most about it is that almost all of his songs were religiose and talking abaout god. ireally want to win this 1000 dollar gift card so that i can but this cd to all my friends and do so much more!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from achy, jn the good way Kinda like Tupac Shakur before him, the Man in Black seems to be managing to release more albums post-humously then he did when he was alive. The fifth installment in the awesome American series that restarted his career comes with the usual controversy about whether it stays true to his legacy - but whether it does or not, it's an excellent album, haunting and powerful. With most of the tracks recorded at the end of his life, songs about failed loves and failed lives sound that much closer to home. It's a sad record - sad even by Johnny Cash standards - sad but definitely beautiful.
