FAQ

What’s the best pillow for my sleep position?

Casper’s research shows nearly everyone shifts around during the night, so Casper set out to design pillows that can accommodate all sleep positions. Whether you like to sleep on your side, back, or stomach, the Original Casper pillow is designed to support you. Its buoyant core and plush, resilient outer layer are uniquely designed to support all sleeping positions.

Do I need to fluff the pillows?

Yes, it’s best to fluff our pillows often (daily, if possible) to keep them looking and feeling fresh. Our pillow’s fill is specifically designed so that it can be revived to its original puffiness with just a quick fluff.

How do I clean my Casper pillows?

Cleaning the Casper pillows is easy! Both are machine washable and can be tumble dried on low with dryer balls or clean tennis balls. We recommend you wash your pillows every 3-6 months.

How does thread count work?

Technically speaking, thread count means the number of threads in one square inch of your sheets. When we started designing our sheets, we realized that while we’re taught to look at thread count, we weren’t really sure why. Through research, it became clear that higher thread count doesn’t always mean higher quality. In fact, more threads can actually make sheets heavier and less breathable.

Will Casper sheets only fit on a Casper mattress?

You definitely don’t need a Casper mattress to use Casper’s one perfect sheet set! Any mattress up to 14 inches high will work.

How do I care for my sheets?

All of our sheet sets are machine washable. We recommend washing your sheets in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low, and remove from the dryer as soon as possible to keep them from wrinkling. Warm iron as needed. To keep your sheets looking good as new, use a non-chlorine, oxygen bleach with each wash and wash them every one to two weeks.

What is Supima® or Pima® cotton?

Supima cotton is the key ingredient in the Casper sheets. Supima is one of the longest cotton fibers in the world. It’s 35% longer and 45% stronger than regular cottons, which means the fiber is even softer and more lustrous wash after wash. It’s a big part of what makes the Casper sheets naturally soft. You can trace the cotton directly to the source. Supima is a trademarked name for textiles woven from 100% American Pima cotton and is only grown in Texas and California. The Supima cotton used in Casper sheets comes from a farm in California’s Central Valley.

How do I care for the dog bed?

Remove the cover and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. If needed, use an enzyme- based spot cleaner to remove tough stains.
