Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun, accurate model This iteration of the iconic Slave I from Episode V was a very fun (and very challenging) build. It uses a lot of complex and clever building techniques to get details and the angles just right, and it all clicks together in a satisfying way. A pleasant surprise was the cargo hold with a well hidden hinged door that lets you store Han Solo frozen in carbonite. There are also clips at the back to hold blasters, and the extra grip that swivels out of the back of the model allows for maximum playability, although I would say this model may be a bit heavy for younger children (although if they're that age, they probably would need help building it too). Although Boba Fett's seat and the two wings are supposed to swivel automatically when you prop the model upright and put it down due to their centre of gravity, I found that sometimes due to the finicky nature of Technic axles they sometimes got stuck in the wrong position and needed to be manually adjusted. The minifigures are pretty cool with detailed faces and head molds for the two alien bounty hunters, although it was a shame that with this model we didn't get some more iconic characters or ones that fit with the scene, such as a Cloud City guard or another main character. The classic 20th Anniversary Princess Leia does make up for it somewhat, though she does have a massive "20TH ANNIVERSARY" plastered on her back, so that detracts slightly from the novelty of having an "authentic replica". But all in all, this is a really nice set and is probably the best playset version of the Slave I in the way it pays homage to its on-screen counterpart whilst still having some fun features and being a lot of fun to build.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from In love i bought this set with spare money and i loved it! that Darth Vader is brill and the et is even better. Some problems are the battle droid, i think as well as the regular one we could do with a Kashyyyk version. also the spider droid is a weird inclusion and it would have been a good chance to include Luminara Unduli. i still think it is brilliant though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really Cool Set! I got this for my birthday... and I didn't know I wanted this until I got it! This set is a classic throwback, the design is really accurate to the movie, (Unlike the 1999 one lol), the mini-figures are ok, Padmè was really cool to get, Anakin is re-used.., and the 1999 Luke is really cool. Overall this set was really cool to get. I rate 4.5/5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! So happy with the size and detail of the ship. It's not too big, neither too small. Looks amazing and has a lovely colour pallete. I bought this mainly for the minifigures, but ended up enjoying the Slave 1 more! Internal structure of the build is very clever, stable and strong. Of course, I would recommend this to any Star Wars/Lego fan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good This is an awesome lego set! I was looking online for lego and this one caught my eye. I love lego star wars since i was a kid and always wanted a darth vader minifigure. The build is nice and the minifigure selection is great. The only bad thing is the trech. The bottom of the trech is weird because some of the flexible pieces were to flexible to it flew alaround the place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Clone Wars set First, I have never been a big fan of the Clone Wars items. But this set changed my mind. It's a very interesting build, and contains quite a few unique elements that make the details stand out. You get 3 minifigures in this set. The Kashyyyk trooper is pretty awesome. The Scout Walker itself is cool, and full of detail, with a really nice mix of accent colors. The only negative thing that I could say is that the functionality of the legs is less than what I would like to see. But overall, it is an amazingly cool display piece. And the 20th anniversary Darth Vader is a nice touch, and a welcome addition to my collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this kit. Straight forward instructions. I will preface this by saying that, unfortunately, it's been years since I've bought a LEGO kit. I picked this up on a whim, and I had a blast going through the bags and booklet. The instructions were pretty straight forward to follow (once I realized that black pieces are outlined in white to differentiate from grey). I'm now hooked on LEGO again, and look forward to more of the Star Wars series I'll be picking up over the next few months.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Set, Iconic Ship, Wrong Pilot Outfits Simply put, this is a great set. As a new collector, I never got a chance to buy the Snowspeeder before, so I'm glad to add it to my collection, on top of the retro Lando figure. The only issue I have with this set aside from the slightly overpriced value (IMO), is that the Rebel pilot uniforms for Luke/Dak are X-Wing pilot uniforms, not Snowspeeder pilot uniforms. Minor detail... Certainly doesn't affect playability, nor will children care about this. However, as a collector, I have to find another source for Snowspeeder torso/legs. :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its good but could be better I think it was an improved build from 2007 and the mini-figs were steller but I feel like the build was lacking and wish it was a bit bigger and and had guns on it and stud shooters stink and there could have been a little side build in it. But overall was a good battle back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value I like the price point of this set. 4 mini figures and the build was a good size. I agree with the sizing compared to other Star Wars sets (pretty large next to at-st for example) the but I think it fit well for the size of the mini figures. There are many different scales of Star Wars sets, smaller makes them more accessible and maybe larger ones are meant to stand alone. I enjoy the opportunity to buy older sets that are revamped, if I can’t get the original it’s nice to see a new version, keep em coming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my fav sets ever. Not the hardest build and there could be a bit better articulation on the inlet flaps of the engines but it looks great and you can play with it with ease and won’t easily break. It also looks great. Love the clear stand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New Helmets a bit oversized This is a great play set with all the figures and ship design. But the new helmet design looks too long and stretched out. The dual molding looks great as well as the printing on the back of the head but the lack of a underbrow line looses out some of the detail. LEGO should have stuck with gen 3 and just done that design as dual molding with printing on the back

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missed the mark on a few things Intersting playset but they should have included 2 camouflage droids and the green tiles on the walker are hideous as they dont match the darker green that was used on Clone turbo tank or AT-AP. The walker of course is too bug to scale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nostalgia The pod racer was the first Star Wars LEGO set that I had ever had, so when this one came out I knew I had to have it. It was a fun little build and the details are so much better than the original. The minifigures have so much more detail than the originals, and I love the 20th anniversary minifigure that was included. I would definitely recommend adding this to any Star Wars collection you may have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snowspeeder 20th Anniversary! One of my favorite ships from Star Wars. This set is a fun build and is similar to other speeder builds in the past. Glad it comes with the harpoon and cable since not snowspeeder is complete without one. The mini figures look really nice and can’t go wrong with the Anniversary Lando! Overall great set and recommended if you don’t have a Hoth Snowspeeder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slave One is great! I’ve never owned a Slave One and really glad Lego released this one. It’s a solid build and the built in handle on the back helps with play and retracts flat. I like that you can store Han Solo in Carbonite in the cargo hold but I wish the door could lock down better since things could fall out during play. The details are nice and the size of the ship was larger than I expected it would be. Everything else is great and so are the mini figures!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh I understand this is a remake of an old set, but I'm not sure if it was worthy of re-issue. The biggest draw of this set was getting stormtroopers. But now that the minifigures are equipped with stud shooters, it loses a bit if the appeal for me. The vehicle itself is reminiscent of an old Space theme set, but doesn't resemble much from the Star Wars universe. And the price point should resemble that of a Battle Pack. Again, I got it for the stormtroopers and little else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This set has a good balance of forces in it. The walker and clone face off against a crab droid and a battle droid. The Wookiee is an excellent addition to all of this. My favorite part of this set is the mounted gun emplacement for the Wookiee. The design is simple but looks great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ehhh This is one of the two twentieth anniversary sets I bought for myself. I’m not quite old enough to have been around when the original sets came out so this is a nice experience for me. As I have leaned away from playing with legos to become a collector, I find the sets to be very well designed and detailed to look similar but different from the originals they are based on. Since I don’t play with legos anymore there isn’t really a play value for me but I can see this set gives children a great ability to play with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've bought it only because of princess Leia (collectable minifigure) ;-) Buiding was predictive, no surprises, I was expecting that it will be more difficult. Few minor mistakes in manual (e.g. page 118, step 185 contains pieces which gonna be build and attach in step 186). Overall set is big and building taking some time. There are nice solutions for self-positioning pilot and engines on wings. The only really anoying thing there is that front window had no protection and during the transport other bricks caused plenty scratches on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slave 1 What a classic! This took me two and a half hours to build and from start to finish I was really impressed with the design and the great use of Technic pieces to create the right angles. The whole ship is pretty solid as you would expect when it's held together by that much Technic LEGO. The ship is a very, very good representation of Boba Fett's trusty steed and although it's smaller than the UCS version I think this one is closest to mini figure scale than any of the ones that have gone before. It is going to look great amongst my collection of classic Star Wars ships. In relation to the size of the (75105) Falcon it's about right. The mini figure selection is great for this set and getting Zuckuss just makes the set really worth the money considering the price per part ratio on this set. I'm not so sure about the main mini figure though, Boba Fett has been produced in a lot more detail in previous sets (with arm printing) and Han solo's new hair (from the Solo movie) is detailed but wrong for this set. Overall this set is great with a few minor cons. The handle has been given some poor reviews but for those that play with this set it's a great feature coupled with the triggers for the spring loaded shooters which are really well integrated. Similarly the base of the ship with the engines has been a source of much debate about visual representation and how this ship doesn't have detailed engines like the UCS version but this is a set that is meant to be played with and to be honest I'd rather look at the front than the back. I now need two things: 1. a stand to put it on in flying mode. and 2. Somewhere to display it where the kids won't be tempted to play with it (they have their own LEGO). Request: Please LEGO can we have a mini figure scale Bespin Cloud Car soon?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clone Scout Walker – 20th Anniversary Edition I would to start ; lego you have done a great job on the packaging and designing of the 20th Anniversary clone scout walker. Great minifigures in this set including 20th Anniversary Darth Vader, Kashyyyk Trooper, Wookiee Warrior, Battle Droid. And I love the Dwarf Spider Droid. Great AT-RT Clone Scout Walker and lego it would be good to see a UCS Clone Scout Walker in the coming years.. Great work on all your 20th Anniversary set.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quick build I have all the 20th anniversary sets, but found this to be the worst value for money. I compare it to Anakin's Pod Racer which took me half an hour to build with 279 pieces and two great minifigures. This took 10 minutes with 125 pieces (most of which were Minifigure parts and gun parts) Only £5 difference between the two.. This one is priced about £5 too high in my opinion That being said the Han Solo piece was needed and makes the collection of 5 look great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and cool This is the first Star Wars set that wasn't a battlepack that i felt was a must have the past few years, but this set is an awesome display set and even more awesome addition to my clone army. It's easy to build and sticks to the "normal" walker build structure that other sets from SW does.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For the minifigs only This little set is great for what you get in minifigures: 3 white stormtroopers, 1 black stormtrooper and 20th anniversary Han Solo. Besides that................this set is quite boring. Even for a diorama, the dropship itself is not quite beautiful nor interesting. And I don't get why Han Solo was put in this set......why not 20th anniversary Darth Vader ? That would have made so much more sense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best battle pack ever best battle pack ever! I really like the mini figures, but I really don't like the stud shooters and the price is too high, but its worth the five stars because its such a cool set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best battle ever This is my favorite battle pack yet, I just wish Lego would stop putting the stud shooters in battle packs. The other thing is the price, it is five dollars more than what it should be, but to me the Han Solo figure is worth the five extra dollars, but to some people it is not. Other than those two thing it is really cool. I really like the new look of the Stormtroopers and the shadowtrooper is awesome as well. Lastly the Han Solo figure is is one of my favorite things about it, and I really like the printing on the back of him. Overall, it is a really good set, for kids and adults.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs a stand Overall a great addition to the starwars collection, reasonably easy build. The weighting on the internal seat etc is perfect and rotates when the piece is flat or upright. My only issue is that I like to display all my starwars lego, and this piece would look a lot better upright. There isnt a stand included and I wouldn't have minded spending a few extra pounds for a properly designed one. I saw the reply from lego on another review and understand that the collector sets are different, and understand I can purchase individual bricks and build my own.. But I would prefer a design and instructions to make the best, and guarantee stability. Maybe lego could include online designs (downloadable) and an order system on the website that orders everything I need

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing Build, Look For Another Snow Speeder I am a huge Star Wars fan and love the snow speeder in the Battle of Hoth. When I saw this set I was very excited to purchase it. However, when I started to build it I was very disappointed by the amount of stickers I had to place on the Lego piece (way more than is necessary). Unfortunately, I feel like Lego is adding more and more stickers to the builds. I would understand if none of the pieces had "pre-stickers" on them, but there are some pieces that do (only one in this build which is the navigation system). Builds would be so much nicer without the stickers. Personally for me, if I can't get the stickers on perfectly, it drives me crazy. Second issue I had with the build is the grappling hook. Just having the tie the string was frustrating. I have fairly large fingers, and ended up having to get tweezers to help. Also the instructions for tying the knot were not very clear, and neither was how to push the poll through the opening with the string inside (kept pushing the string through the other side). Playing wise, the wings kept popping off, and yes, they were clipped in correctly. To top everything off, my build was missing a Lego piece, which Lego is shipping another one out. I love the original Star Wars builds, but this one just let me down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set! This is a great throwback set. This was the first LEGO Star Wars set I got when it originally came out in 2008, and I now have it again in 2019. The Han Solo minifigure is awesome as well, and is partially the reason I bought it. Let me say, this newer set is pretty much the same, and that's a good thing. The simplicity of it and the shadow trooper make the set what it really is. Thank you for bringing it back, LEGO!

I'm 17 so i wont be playing with it, but I have it displayed on my shelf next to my other 20th anniversary sets, and its great. the build wasn't hard, and the minifigs are great. i only wish lego wouldn't do ANOTHER boba slave 1 and do jangos. Other than that tiny little gripe i love this set. and the 20th anniversary princess leia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great remake. Good for old fans as well as new. Overall a great set. The newer dual molded helmets on the stormtroopers look particularly great. The dropship is also slightly better than the old one and doesn't wiggle like the old one. The only gripe I have is with the helmets shape near the neck of the figure. The old helmets looked a little better near the mouth as the helmet curved down more naturally, while the new one takes a sharp 90 degree angle down. The helmet is also even more restrictive in its movement than before. However this is barely noticeable unless you pay proper attention to it from the sides and try to shake the helmey about during play. Because the helmet is much better detailed along with the figures now having leg printing similar to the older sandtroopers, as well as just having an updated look in general. A good set for collectors and kids, as the set looks good on display and has some playability with the dropship The Han solo figure is also a nice touch and will definitely be a must have for collectors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from poor hairless child. my 7 year old just finished building this and really enjoyed it. my 3 year old is waving it around the house using the handy-dandy handle making really awful flying/motor noises. my builder said it was a fun build and it seems like he really enjoyed it, but asked if he could see if we have a hair for Anakin. "really? they didn't provide a hair!?" "no, dad...I looked" come one Lego, stop releasing flying sets where the main characters don't have a helmet and a hair. um...please. p.s. we didn't have a Anakin hair, using Rowan Freemaker's hair. Rowan is now bald.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only 2 stickers to apply, thank you !!! lol If you are the same kind of collector than me, you cannot be disappointed by this set. This set is an easy army builder, perfect for your Kashyyyk diorama. All types of walkers are probably my preferred sets in Lego Star Wars theme. I will never have enough of AT-RT walkers. And thank goddess only 2 stickers to apply !!!! lol I always hated Lego stickers, printed bricks are so much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was thrilled to see this set re-released by Lego as a 20th anniversary of Lego Star Wars. And my expectations have been entirely met :) So much better than the old 7131 set, where big tan bricks were used to keep the podrace parts together. Here, many thanks to technic translucid bricks :) A great little set to have in your collection. There is absolutely no reason why you wouldn't get it. And I love the 20th anniversary edition minifigures. There back is printed with the 20th anniversary logo, which make it even more limited edition. A+ set

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Iconic I very much enjoyed this set, and its celebration of 20 years of lego star wars. Overall the build was fun and having the collectible Lando is definitely a plus. I do feel it was a little steep in price but that may also be due to the fact that its a 20th anniversary set. Overall tho, I would recommend this set to anyone who has enjoyed lego star wars over the years and would like to re experience the joy that it brought them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best of the 20th sets First I’d like to state I do not write reviews often. Felt this set in particular was worth taking a moment to highlight for good reason. Overall wish there could have been a 20th Anniversary set for each episode (or even film such as including Rogue One for example). This set is awesome for kids for playability—you get good and bad guys. The trooper is well detailed and find the color scheme is great and accurate. The walker is definitely larger however the quality is there and the scheme looks great. I do not disagree with the other review however kudos to LEGO for putting a nice well rounded package together here. The walker stands well and can be posed although somewhat limited. Will take sand green anywhere it can be included. Getting another Wookie is great! The black “bunker” bricks are cool and you get a nice amount and the gun pivots quite nicely. Really like the spider droid. It’s a nice little build and looks nice too! The battle droid is standard—nothing new and you cannot ever have enough so I appreciate it being included. A bonus is the 20th Anniversary Darth Vader. Not a fan of the printing on the back but the cape covers it. It also has the old style helmet mold which in the present day is cool. If you are looking for a great set to build up an army, to display or if you are a younger child and want an all-in-one set this one is a winner! LEGO is smart to do good sets like this as individuals want more than one and I plan on getting a couple more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A new set with Padmé! This set is great! I am a huge Padmé fan, so I was incredibly excited to see an updated (and movie-accurate!!!) figure in a set. The detail is amazing and the build is fun. I was surprised by how well the finished set balanced on the stand, which also doubles to make play a little easier. Overall a wonderful set for any prequel fan!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun build but lacking one huge thing. First of I'd like to say I had a blast building this set and the minifigs are awesome. I wish I could do 4.5 stars instead of 4 and only take away half a point for lack of a display stand. It is designed to be shown in the upright position. I know the UCS version of this had a beautiful display and that was half the reason I purchased this set. That's more of my fault for not investigating pieces than it is Lego's for not including it but it feels like a crucial oversight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Few easy mods, very happy with this set This set has a lot to offer. Airspeeder was fun to build. Side build (laser gun) looks great. Regular mini figs look good. In my opinion Lando is the best of the 5 20th anniversary mini figs to get. You get a lot here, lot of play value too. Few simple mods. 1) We put two of the extra red studs between the laser and the dark gray tips, looks much more powerful. Same thing with the ground cannon, added a red stud to the barrel. 2) We took the extra light gray stud (with the hole in it) and put the grappling hook in it. Now the rear stud shooter can shoot the hook. Works really well, only issue is you have to put some slack in the string else it gets hung up. Cons (always have to have some cons) 1) Rebel troops hats don't match the last battle pack (these are a darker tan). Not a huge issue, but would be nice if more consistent. 2)When I think of skyspeeders think of orange markings. This set comes in gray. I prefer the orange, but easy enough to change. 3) (this the only one I really care about) the back of Lando's torso is just lettering. Lucky the cape covers this, but wish it wasn't there. Great set, definitely recommend. If you are on the fence about getting it.....get it you won't be sorry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from clone scout walker i really appreciate when lego gives us multiple sets of one battle in a short period of time. then its easy to make mocs with them all. i had the homing spider droid from a few years back and once i had the droid gunship and the at ap i made my moc. then i was suprised to see this set come out. its a great addition, and im glad lego made it. i really like how there is a little trench section with a blaster, its a cool little build. there is a new wookie, with cool printing (he almost looks cute) and a clone and battle droid. i like how the dwarf spider droid now has a better colored head from last time. this time its all light grey not light and dark. as was mentioned in another review, the walker is a tad big, but its ok. the classic darth vader is cool and goes nicely with han on his little stand. a cool little set, a bit overpriced, but ive decided to let the new prices go for this wave because they are 20th anniversary. thumbs up if you want the lord of the rings sets released again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from imperial dropship first of all, anyone staying away from this set because of the new stormtroopers, i had felt the same way, i didnt like the new design. i was really mad because this is the first stormtrooper battlepack since i have been a star wars fan and i didnt like the new version. then i came across a video on you tube of a comparison of our old favorite and the new one. i watched it and suddenly, i realized that the new one was actually pretty good. so go find one of those videos and you just might change your mind about the new kid. anyways, on to the set. i have a big problem with battle packs and that is that there are no blasters, only stud shooters. with these new battle packs all you end up getting is 4 guys, a little speeder, and no blasters. you have to supply them on your own. thankfully, i have a large collection, with many blasters, but for new fans, it will be hard to make an army. PLEASE lego, give our regular blasters back. id buy more battle packs. hint. hint. the new stormtroopers are cool, and i like the shadow trooper as well. the old han solo is plain AWESOME and is a nice addition to my unique minifigure collection. the price is a bit steep, but you do get 5 minifigures. this set is good for those of us who want empire era stormtroopers and han is a nice addition. thumbs up if you want the lord of the rings sets released again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revisited, but still awesome. Next to the Millenium Falcon, this is one of my favorite ships from the Star Wars Trilogy. The snowspeeder is absolutely iconic, and has a place in LEGO history. Is this a remake of a 20 year old classic? Yes. That's the idea. Have there been other ideations of the snowspeeder? Yes, and rightly so. Just as there have been many variants of the venerable X-wing fighter. For starters, the build is again pretty straightforward. Nothing complicated, or altogether delicate. It holds together really well, so feel free to swoosh around the room all you want. The design of the cockpit canopy is great, allowing plenty of room to get Luke and Dak in their seats. Adding to the playability factor is the little cannon on the back, and the spring-loaded shooters. An added benefit is the throwback Lando Calrissian figure. I couldn't wait to get this set when I saw it announced. It's a bit high on the price point, but still worth it. LEGO hit the mark on this one, in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Very First 20th Anniversary Set I Bought This Set Yesterday From My Local Toy Store Smyths , And To Be Honest I Wasn't Keen On The 20th Anniversary Sets At All I Thought They Looked Horrible But When I Opened The Box At Home I Was Pretty Amazed With What Was Inside . The First Thing I Did Was Look At The Instruction Booklet And It Tells You In Great Detail About The Original Set Back In 1999 And Compares It Too The 20th Anniversary Set . I Was Pretty Impressed With That I Didn't Think LEGO Would Have Done That To Be Honest . It Took Me 1 Hour and 10 Minutes Too Build This Set and It's Brilliant I Can't Fault Anything With It Yes It Has Stickers But I Don't Mind Them I Get My Little Brother To Sort Them Out Haha , But Well Done LEGO You Really Did Good On This Set .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slave 1 Was great to build, has a great range of minifigures. Built a stand for it to display. Took around 3 hours to build. Definitely worth a purchase for play or display.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snowspeeder! I really like this set! This is actually (somehow) my first Lego Snowspeeder and I love it! The build has nice size and is sturdy. The sticker selection is good, however I wish that this had the orange color scheme. The interior is well detailed and is functional enough. I don't have any issues with the main build. The secondary build is a nice and appropriate addition. I like the turret's look and ability to spin around and angle up and down. I personally leave off the stud shooter though, as it looks more realistic without it in my opinion. The minifigs are excellent as well. Luke and Dak both have the older helmet designs, which is fine. (especially since they couldn't fit into the speeder with the newer ones) The hoth rebel trooper is proper and I love the throwback blaster! The Lando is the biggest highlight! He looks great and the two- colored cape is sweet! (and covers up the 20th Aniversary print on the back of the torso) He is the best and most desirable of the exclusive figs to me. I know many people are fustrated with the fact that the snowspeeder build hasn't really changed in multiple years, but I think it's a pretty perfect design. Of course, that is coming from someone who just now owns one. All in all, I love everything about this set!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value, a bit oversized I’ll start with the pros. This set has a great design, great figures (3 of which are very mass-able), great side builds, a decent price, beautiful box art (best the Star Wars line has had so far, in my opinion), and only 2 stickers (the less stickers, the better!) The only con is the size of the walker. Again I want to stress that the build is high quality, but its way too big. There’s definitely a scaling issue with LEGO, and it’s been around for the last few years. certain sets like the 2014 MTT (75058) and the 2015 AAT (75080) are under-sized, while other sets, like this AT-RT, are oversized. I know the proportions will never be 100% accurate, and I don’t expect that, but I do wish that the design team would put I bit more research into the proper sizes of the actual vehicles to get these closer to scale for those of us who use these in MOCs where scaling is a big deal. And I know that making a set like this smaller is very doable for them, just take a look at the iconic clone walker battlepack from 2009, it’s not a canon vehicle, but it’s much closer to mini figure scale, which is way more accurate to what would be seen in the movies and shows I don’t dislike the set, it looks great, it’s just way out of proportion with the figures, and won’t meld well with MOCs and/or bases unless you do some serious upscaling to them. As for kids or someone just looking for a display piece for the shelf, I recommend it, you won’t regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great build except one detail I bought all the anniversary sets and am happy with all of them but this one is the only set i have a problem with. It not a big problem and isnt even related to the ship. Its the Han Solo in carbonite model, its the old Harrison Ford version but the set comes with the new Alden Ehrenreich version of Han. All thats different is the hair but it doesnt allow the minifig to properly fit in the carbonite mold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 20th Anniversery Edition Slave I I received this set for my birthday. It took me around four hours to complete. The set is beautiful but smaller than what I expected. The minifigure selection is great but it only had four (five if you include Leia) another minifigure would have been nice preferably a Lando or a Bespin Guard minifigure. The instructions were confusing in at least two parts. Besides my two complaints the set is amazing and is definitely worth the money even it is a bit expensive on the part to piece ratio.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What about the Droid Attack on the Wookies? Bought this on a Whim at the Lego store. AT-RT is bigger then I thought it was gonna be. Added spider droid was a nice surprise cause I didn't notice it on the box. Might pick up another when I got to buy the bigger walker that goes with this set. Thanks Lego!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One beautifully detailed racer This is the only 20th ann set that triggers my interest to buy because I am a sucker for Star Wars racers/speeders you name it.... I have to say the photo doesn't do it justice...real thing looks much much better!! Also, the minifigure selection is excellent. In terms of movie accuracy and money for value...In my opinion this is the best Star Wars set of 2019 so far... LEGO really nailed this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ingeniously brilliant! The build was really fun and the final product looks fantastic (whoever designed it deserves a pay rise.) I stated that it took 3 hours but that was not continuous so I can't really be sure if time, sorry. However, it's a lot better than the 3rd edition in every aspect and feel that the advertising pictures don't quite do it justice. Another big plus is Zuckuss! (or/and 4-Lom depending on how old you are lol.) 20th anniversary Leia looks exactly like the original but with nice print on the back. Similarly, the box and instructions are a great touch. The box brings back childhood memories of Star Wars toys and instruction booklet contains a brief history, comparisons and movie photographs. I'd recommend this set to any collector, SWLego or Slave 1 fan. It also looks fun to play with, but I'm too old for that lol.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good set, okay-ish price This is a really good recreation of the old Stormtrooper battle-pack that a lot of people probably have nostalgia for, including myself. I think it recreates this set accurately with a much nicer build, but the price of twenty dollars is a bit steep. The Han Solo figure is cool, but its really not worth the extra five dollars, especially if you're buying multiples of this set, as many people will probably do. Overall, 4/5, really great set but could be priced better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking fun build Really enjoyed building this. The clear technic brick stand looks a lot nicer than the older version. Stands up surprisingly well for how minimal and out of sight the stand is and looks pretty cool. The only complaint possible would be having some stickers instead of decals.
