Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't stay iced I purchased this Stanley because I had another one before in the past and I loved it. My newest Stanley has been disappointing because my ice melts under 8 hours . The water stays cold but I work in a hot warehouse, so I would love it if my ice would stay for the guaranteed 23 hours. The bottle looks great and is durable , just doesn't stay iced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from totally rad I use mine 24/7 for real. the smaller O ring keeps falling out. I tried fish tank sealer (like glue) didn't work. I want to try A little super glue but that might be all bad. any suggestions?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from O ring replacement? I have the navy blue bottle and mine is the 21 oz. I don't think they make this model anymore. I've lost the O ring out of the cap. Trying to find out how I can get another one. Besides the ring coming out of the cap. This bottle is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a find. I stopped by Ross in Pasadena, CA. I found this and loved it's size. So like a lost puppy, I took it home. My wife saw it and that was the end of that. She now has a new water bottle. I'm left with Nadda, Squat, Zippo. When back to Ross to another one. No luck. That was the only one. A fluke, manna from heaven. This is how I describe it:... Strong Tough Amazing Narley Lovable Excellent Your gonna love it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic Vacuum Water Bottle 18oz I have 3 and they are out standing. The ability to take the top off and add ice is great. Had one that started to leak and found the seal in the cap had fallen out. Emailed support and they sent a replacement. This is the type of service other companies need to adopt. I have a total of 8 products going back thirty years and this is the first time I have ever had an issue. I can live with that. Keep up the good work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product This bottle is awesome, and keeps drinks cold for as long as advertised. My only complaint is that the o-ring in the cap (that keeps it from leaking when tilted) keeps falling out in both of the bottles we have. Sometimes you do not even notice is has fallen out until it starts leaking. Wish the o-ring was better secured.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ice cold this bottle definitely keeps the ice for extended periods. i left the bottle in the direct sun on a 85+ day, while you burnt your hand picking it up it was still ice cold inside. My only complaint is the gasket in he top cover fell out after a couple of weeks, now it leaks. that's why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cap seal came off Initially I was excited to use this "rugged" bottle, but was a bit disappointed to discover (afterwards) that it is not made for hot liquids (according to manual), no tea or coffe...only cold water. It maintains the iced water cold for a long period, but NOT for 24h! However, the biggest frustration with this bottle is that after a few month of normal use, the seal inside the cap fell off. I only noticed that because the bottle started leaking water. So, it has an ingenious cap holding design but renders the bottle useless if the seal comes off that easy. It is a shame, because I think this cap/ lid design protects the bottleneck from dirt, compared to the one-handed opening system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smaller Bottle I've been looking for a 12oz or 16 oz version of this bottle. I love mine and would like to get one for my son's lunch box. Do you make a smaller version witht he same specs? If not could you pass my suggestion on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it, but I had a little problem with it I bought 2 bottles at REI and use them on a daily base for more then 2 month now only for water. Last time while cleaning I saw two black spots on the rubber sealing (big one) and I tried to clean it. One spot disappeared but the other colored the clear-milky rubber black-brown. When opening the bottle a day later, the dark spot was bigger and it looked like black molt. Because I love this very practical product, I exchanged the one effected bottle without any problem at REI. I do now clean and disinfect the bottles more often and more detailed, by removing the sealing, but this will were them faster down. 1. Question: If that was molt, can STANLY produce a rubber-sealing which is molt resisting? 2. Question: Can you send me 2 sets of rubber sealing for this bottle, because when on longer adventuress I do not have the ability to disinfect the bottles on a regular base. Otherwise, a great practical product. I like the attached lit, because with a hook carabiner, I can hang the bottle on the side of my pants belt and never loose the lit. The option to remove the big-lit makes cleaning easier. (The carabiner does not come with the bottle!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the hinged screw cap I bought this a few days ago after doing a lot of shopping around for water bottles. This is just a perfect design all the way around. It does exactly what it us supposed to do

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ice test 48 hours A+ I wanted to test my bottle with ice and review ... Well I filled it with ice checked it in the morning still there . Not surprised ! Then 24 hours later I checked it again , more ice ! The ice seemed to turn into a block sorta. After 48 hours I couldn't stand it , I still had about 1/4 of the ice left in the bottle so I filled it with water and threw it in the car . Test over ! Result A +

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Iced 24 Hours? No. I have purchased ALOT of Stanley products over the years, from the original thermos that I have used for coffee for over 20 years, lunch boxes, coolers and misc. camping gear. I have always been happy. I purchased this product as a test to see if the 24 hr ice was actually true, the way I tested it was not. I put 10 ice cubes from a standard ice maker in a residential refrigerator. I did not open the thermos for 8 hours 13 minutes and in that time the cubes had completely melted. The water wss cold and and refreshing but there was nomice left. Maybe I need to read the fine fine print somewhere but as for the way I tested the 24 hour ice, sorry PMI......not even close.
