Smooth as silk(en tofu). At last, a pan that looks as good as it cooks. Some pans use Teflon, some use ceramic (not all it’s cracked up to be), and others look like they’re supposed to get lost in a faraway cabinet. Our 10.5-inch showstopper uses a one-of-a-kind stainless steel alloy built around a core of copper, infused with a fume-free coating that lasts up to 37x longer than ceramic (we tested it). That’s a lot of omelettes. Good news — works on induction cook tops too. Easily transfer from stove to oven up to a hot 500°F. 10.5" diameter. Dishwasher safe.
