The role of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) is to provide governance and stewardship to the Corporation, including the supervision of the management of the business and affairs of the Corporation. To assist in discharging its duties, the Board has established two committees, namely the Audit Committee and the Human Resources, Compensation and Governance Committee. The Board has also adopted Position Descriptions for its Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board, as well as its Lead Director.
