Lots of pages and categories for tracking everything re: food and exercise. It's a great size for tucking in a bag and taking with you. It's just not for me, and I'll stick to personalizing my fitness goals in my Moleskine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, love, love I have purchased this book multiple times, I find that tracking food consumption and tracking exercises was easy to do and really did help me move more and eat better. I find it very effective to have a notebook as organized as this to hold myself accountable for how much I consume. The first book I started 6 months ago I lost and kept off 10 lbs. You have to be consistent in logging other wise it won't be all that helpful.

I used to use MyFitnessPal for tracking food and exercise, but developed unhealthy mental habits when the big red numbers popped up if you went over calories. This book helps hold me accountable without judgement! It's a great resource guide, and everything is easy to use, and nicely laid out. My only complaints is that there's not very much room to write workout details in (reps and weight used) so that ends up getting/looking a bit cramped.

There is lots of room to track nutritional intake, although more space for workout details would be nice. In the end, a nice way to keep track daily workouts and food intake for your entire pregnancy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome tool! If you're the type that gets motivated by documenting your journey and seeing your results in print, then this book is for you. I've been using them for over a year, and they truly help you maintain your accountability by tracking your eating, and exercise. It gives you guidelines as to what food groups you should be eating from, and how much. It allows you to keep track of not only what you ate, but how you felt as well. Best of all, it allows you to set an overall goal and then smaller milestones to celebrate along the way. A wonderful tool!
