Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's a great book, but... I like this, it's compact, the format is great, and it is a good motivator. I like that I can write it all down, easier for me than remembering to entering something online. However. Every single one of my pages is glued together, and more than a few of them have ripped when I tried to turn the pages. It's like I got the lemon of the books. I'll keep using it, but all the ripped out pages sucks.

I like it better than the fit books because it's more like keeping a journal. It looks like a journal and is the average size of a journal. It has a page marker. It contains many perks and will last serveral weeks I would say more than 12.

There is lots of room to track nutritional intake, although more space for workout details would be nice. In the end, a nice way to keep track daily workouts and food intake for your entire pregnancy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome tool! If you're the type that gets motivated by documenting your journey and seeing your results in print, then this book is for you. I've been using them for over a year, and they truly help you maintain your accountability by tracking your eating, and exercise. It gives you guidelines as to what food groups you should be eating from, and how much. It allows you to keep track of not only what you ate, but how you felt as well. Best of all, it allows you to set an overall goal and then smaller milestones to celebrate along the way. A wonderful tool!

I prefer it to online support as I do not have to struggle with imperfect software programs which make recording more challenging. I have used it x 1 month and am ordering another one.
