Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Travel-Sketch!! The quality of the paper is amazing- ink, marker, graphite, charcoal, treatments, you name it; this book can handle it. I have yet to try paint or heavily watered inkwashes in it, but it holds up better than my small Curry's sketchbooks did. There is no bleeding, either. I use some heavy inks..I'm really satisfied with the paper quality. The sticker on the front peeled off without problem, which was nice because I like to keep a basic/minimal cover design. The cover holds up to water (light rain) and scuffs/scratches really well..so it has had a lot of travel time with me thus far. The cover also cleans easily too (dust/dirt.) I love this sketchbook.. I think I have found my forever "mini-sketch." Please carry this sketchbook in stock for many years to come. I plan to buy many more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sketchbooks for such a price! I couldn't believe these sketchbooks are sold for such a great price! As a student who frequently visits different art supply stores in Toronto, I can speak from personal experience that these are the best sketchbooks I've come across: 1. the paper quality is SUPERB! Even markers and watercolour washes don't bleed through the pages (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I CONSIDER WHILE SHOPPING FOR SKETCHBOOKS) 2. the pages are all perforated for clean separation 3. the binding is strong and the cover durable 4. 192 pages for only $8!??? In stores such as Curry's, DeSerres, AboveGround and Michael's, you can NEVER find another line of sketchbooks of SUCH EXCELLENT quality for THIS price. I am planning to buy enough sketchbooks to last me 2 years. Seriously

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Art supply store quality Thought this sketchbook would be a match for the lower end quality of sketchbooks that I use, but was happy to be surprised. The quality of the paper is great (I use it primarily for pencil but sometime fine point markers) for all my uses. But most exceptional is the binding and perforated pages! Really useful features and great quality paper in one bound book!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great, but arrived dirty Really love everything about this book, except for the fact that it arrived with pages containing dirty smudges, and fingerprints. Not enough to exchange the book, but enough to be disappointed with a 'brand new' and 'wrapped' sketchbook having dirt smudges inside. Don't let my experience scare you away though. It was probably just a one-off accident in the warehouse where the book fell or something else. Other than that, the product itself is great: perforated pages, hard cover, nice page texture, compact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! I bought two for my younger brothers who also like to draw, and it's such an affordable, durable, and appealing sketchbook. I recommend this for all ages as well as all hobbyists and professionals. Now that I'm running low on my own sketchbook, I'm planning to get this for myself as well.

I bought this as a gift for a friend... but will definitely buy more for myself and other artist friends. The pages are really a great quality paper, surprised because of the wonderful price.
