How are plum points redeemed?

Can I join plum PLUS if I'm a plum member?

Current plum members may upgrade to plum PLUS for an annual 12-month membership fee. Your existing plum points will be carried over. If you decide not to renew at the end of the 12-month term, you will be automatically transferred back to the no-fee plum card and retain all plum points you have collected.

Can I share my card with my spouse/family?

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. Government issued photo ID may be requested when making purchases or redeeming points.

How do I renew my plum PLUS membership?

You can purchase your renewal online or in store.

For online renewals, sign in to your account and visit the My Rewards page in Account Centre. Select the ‘Renew Now’ button and proceed to checkout to complete your renewal.

Renew prior to the expiry date of your membership (you can see the date at the top of the My Rewards Page) to ensure that your member benefits remain active. If you choose to renew early, your 1 year renewal will begin after your current expiry date and will not shorten the length of your current membership.

While plum rewards is free to join, plum PLUS is a fee-based loyalty program offered by Indigo to customers at participating Chapters, Indigo, Coles, Indigospirit, and The Book Company stores. With your exclusive plum PLUS black loyalty card in hand, you can unlock membership benefits when shopping in-store, online or through our mobile app.

By signing up for the plum PLUS loyalty program, you continue to collect five plum points for every dollar you spend (which you can redeem for instant savings in-store and online). What makes this program unique, however, is that you receive a 10% discount on the final pre-tax price on eligible purchases made in-store and online—that’s 10% off nearly everything you add to your basket! You also get free shipping on online orders, with no minimum purchase amount required (some exclusions apply). Along with these benefits, you may receive exclusive access to special in-store events, too!

Your plum PLUS membership is valid for 12 months, starting the day you sign up. After enjoying this rich rewards program for one year, you can choose to renew your membership, revert to the no-fee plum rewards loyalty program or unenroll for Indigo’s loyalty programs. If you don’t renew your plum PLUS membership, you’ll automatically return to the plum rewards program. You will no longer have access to the plum PLUS membership benefits, but all the plum points you collected will still be in your account for you to redeem.

Available for new and existing plum rewards members Never collected plum points before? You don’t need to be an existing plum rewards member to sign up for plum PLUS. However, if you’re already collecting plum points, you can upgrade your purple loyalty card to a plum PLUS black card—best of all, when you make the switch to this paid program, you keep all your existing Indigo plum points while enjoying richer savings on all your purchases.
