• What is the Holiday Shopping Event?

    An exclusive members-only shopping experience outside of regular store hours. It’s a chance to get started on your holiday shopping!

  • What special offers will be given for members?

    The Holiday Shopping Event is exclusive for plum and plum PLUS members only and an opportunity to shop outside of regular store hours. Additionally, if they spend over $100, plum PLUS members will enjoy 30% off their purchase when their plum PLUS discount is applied, and plum members will enjoy 20%. Some exceptions apply; click here for the full list. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers.

  • Who can sign up for the Holiday Shopping Event?

    Any of our plum or plum PLUS members can sign up! If you’re not already a member of either our free or paid tiers, click here to learn more and join.

  • Can I bring a friend?

    Absolutely! plum and plum PLUS members can bring up to two additional guests. Just make sure you’ve registered for yourself and your guests, as this is a ticketed event. Everyone, including children, must have a ticket to enter the store, but a single person can reserve all the tickets on behalf of their guests.

  • Do I have to RSVP to participate in the Holiday Shopping Event?

    Yes, to join us in-store for our Holiday Shopping Event you will need to RSVP and reserve a ticket for yourself and your guests. Tickets will be checked at the door and the discount is only valid during Holiday Shopping Event times.

  • Are there any costs associated with the Holiday Shopping Event?

    This is a free event, but tickets must be reserved in advance. While spending $100 during the event plum PLUS and plum members will be able to enjoy in the promotion.

  • Will all stores offer the Holiday Shopping Event?

    All of our Chapters and Indigo stores across Canada will be hosting Holiday Shopping Events, along with select Coles and Indigospirit locations. Dates and times vary by location. Select your preferred store from the list above to see all available dates and times.

  • What is excluded from the in-store Holiday Shopping Event discount?
