Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little game It's a great little game for children 3yo and older (my son receive it for his 3yo birthday). It's pretty simple and as it is based on luck, it allows the youngest to win and have fun too! it's fast, full of action, everything to keep the attention of a 3 or 4 years old. My son really enjoy trowing dice and he likes to save the mice from the bowl too. We change some of the game's rules, only by adding one: when the first player has no more mice, he became the cat instead of being out of the game! Being the cat, he now still plays the dice, but when it shows the bowl: he "eats" every mice being in the bowl at that time! when it shows the mouse: he eats only one mouse in the bowl. when it shows the arrow: he eats one mouse from the next player. This new rule help by keeping the attention of the player who has been eliminated (lost his mice first!). It gives the children a new goal: becoming the cat! so they dont care anymore if they win or lost (or at least care less!). Because the mice disapears now more quickly (being eating by the cat),, it keeps the game, which was allready a quick one, still quicker and it's the best with short attention span children like mine! This change avoid the game from going round in circles when the last players keeps giving and taking the same amount of mice for a lot of turn because of the dice. Sorry for the English mistakes: I speak French so I have done my best! ;)
